ShufflePoint Studio for PowerPoint
ShufflePoint® Studio has four main work areas or panels, which are briefly described below.
Related Quick Start Guides
Catalog
The panel on the left contains your “Catalog”, which is the set of PowerPoint presentations you have uploaded. These presentations serve as the source of slides you will use to build your presentations. See Catalog for help on uploading PowerPoint files to your catalog.
Carousel
The top-middle panel displays the slides of the PowerPoint currently selected
in the “My Catalog” tree. Clicking on one of these slides will display a large
preview of that slide in the “Slide Preview” panel. Once a slide is
selected, clicking the Add Slide
button will add the slide to the end of the presentation being assembled.
See Carousel for further details.
Slide Preview
The bottom-middle panel displays a large preview of the currently selected slide. The slide's notes can be displayed by clicking on the “Slide Notes” tab. This is also where you can edit a slide's content or associate Google Analytics data with a placeholder. See Slide Preview, Placeholder Editing, and Placeholder with Google Analytics for more information.
Presentation
At the far right is the “Presentation” panel. This is where you will assemble a new presentation derived from slides in your “Catalog”. See Presentation for help with saving and downloading presentations.
