Select Slide Placeholder
If the selected slide is in the Presentation panel, then moving the mouse over the Slide Preview image will expose a green box when the mouse is over editable content. Clicking inside this box will change the box color from green to red, indicating that the underlying content has been selected for editing or data association.
Open Analytics Query Tool
Click the
button at the bottom of the Slide Preview
panel to open the Analytics Query Tool.
You can also double-click inside a green box as a shortcut to both select the content and open the
Analytics Query Tool if the placeholder is a table/chart or the
ShufflePoint Editor if the placeholder is a text. To associate
a text placeholder with Google Analytics data, single click on the placeholder and then click the
button instead of double-clicking on the placeholder.
Save Query
Once you have created and successfully executed a query, click the Save button at the bottom of the window. The preview image will be updated to reflect the new content if the Refresh Image checkbox is checked. If you do not check Refresh Image, you can update the image later by clicking on the
button at the bottom of the Slide Preview panel.
You can revert the selected content to the slide's original catalog value by clicking the
button at the bottom of this panel.
