ShufflePoint, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on shufflepoint.com. ShufflePoint, Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Registration
In order to use the ShufflePoint web service, you must first complete the registration form and create a password. During registration you are required to give contact information including your name and your email. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
You have the option to provide demographic information (such as your industry) to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can use this information to improve our site and properly target our marketing.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information including your name, your address, your phone number, and your email. Payments are processed through Authorize.Net. ShufflePoint, Inc. does not collect or store any financial information such as credit card numbers. This information is stored by our payment processor who specializes in securing such information.
If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information to contact you. We will also use this information to contact you about issues with your account such as an overdue payment or issues relating to the data you store on our servers.
Transaction Information
We collect information about the usage of our service. The number of presentation generations you have requested and/or the amount of disk space you are using may affect the amount you are charged to use the service.
Links
We may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our service and advertising.
User communications
When you send email or other communication to ShufflePoint, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Uses of Information
ShufflePoint, Inc. uses the personally identifiable information as a basic record of who is using our service. We use an aggregate of the demographic information to target our marketing and to make improvements to our service. We use an aggregate of the transaction information to analyze and tune our server loads.
