ShufflePoint® with Google® Analytics

ShufflePoint® will make it easy to automatically generate PowerPoint® filesbased on your Google® Analytics data. You will be able to regenerate these PowerPoints containing the most recent data with the click of a button. We expect to release this feature in November, 2008.

Standard Template

When you enable the Google Analytics feature within ShufflePoint, a PowerPoint template presentation with all of the standard Google Analytics charts and tables will be added to your ShufflePoint catalog. You can then build derived presentations using only the slides you choose. Each derived presentation will be associated with a Google Analytics account.

Custom Template

You can optionally download the standard template presentation and add custom slides to it if you need a different slide layout. Once you have finished adding your custom slides, you will upload the presentation to your ShufflePoint catalog. You will associate the related Google Analytics report with the chart or table placeholders in these slides within ShufflePoint.

Scheduled Delivery

Specify report generation times and email recipients. Specify specific start and end dates or use timeframes such as last 30 days or year-to-date.

Multiple Google Analytics Accounts

You can add as many Google Analytics accounts as you wish to your ShufflePoint profile. You will configure each presentation to be associated with one of these Google Analytics accounts. This allows you to reuse your custom slides for all of your Google Analytics accounts while only needing to maintain one copy of the custom slide layout.

Multiple Slide Styles

You can add as many slide masters as you wish to the template presentation using PowerPoint on your desktop. This allows you to define color schemes, logos, etc. to be used when generating the derived presentations. All of your custom slides and slide masters are maintained in a single PowerPoint file!

PowerPoint Generation

Once you have set up your custom slides and slide masters, and have built your derived presentations, you can generate a new PowerPoint with the latest data by clicking a single button. You will then download the updated PowerPoint to your desktop.
